I have been a Realtor for 21 years.   I became a Realtor because when I moved to Florida from Massachusetts 17 years ago – I had to fire my first agent.  It was the second agent that taught me the difference.  Authenticity is key – it will carry you through life!  It is truly the cornerstone of a successful transaction.  Each transaction dictates a specifically crafted negotiation and it is important to know the difference.  I have a resolute determination to achieve success with all negotiations in the buying and selling process.   I possess strong problem resolution capabilities to take a transaction through a painless journey.  I also believe in aligning myself with a leader in my industry.   A leader in marketing and promotion of not only myself but of my client’s needs.  They must offer an extensive network of industry leaders and clients.  They must use global standards for all the digital transactions that are used today.  And, they must exude a positive “can do” attitude.  It is important throughout each transaction that my clients know and understand the role of all of team members of my company.  They need to know that my company is behind their needs 200%.
